As your sleep set begins to break in, it is expected that you will experience minimal body impressions within the padding and upholstery inside your new mattress. This differs from what is called “sagging” and will even out as you own and use your new mattress. All mattress manufacturers recognize this and agree that beginning impressions in the padding of a new mattress is considered to be normal wear. The body impressions are a sign that the new sleep set is adjusting and conforming to the user. The innerspring or foam core (as related to memory foam or latex sleep sets) inside the mattress is not effected by body impressions and will continue to provide support.

It is very important to protect your new mattress from stains. Any stains on your new mattress, by law, void the warranty of the mattress and the comfort exchange possibilities with Mattress Overstock™. We highly recommend that a mattress protector is used on your new mattress at all times.

THIS GUARANTEE REQUIRES THE USE OF A MATTRESS PROTECTOR. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at Mattress Overstock™. You will automatically receive a 60 day Home Comfort Guarantee™ with your new sleep set. This guarantee allows you to exchange your mattress for a different one of equal or greater value within 60 days of receiving your new mattress. With this guarantee, the following conditions have to apply: Because all new sleep sets take some time to get used to, you are required to try the mattress for a minimal time of one week. No credits or refunds will be issued. The mattress itself will be exchanged - not the foundation. Stains of any kind on the product will void this guarantee. There are no exchanges on headboards and/or footboards, futons, daybeds, bed frames or any other accessories. Floor models, special orders or odd sizes are not covered by this guarantee unless otherwise stated on the front of your receipt. Re-delivery on the exchange is additional. Mattresses that have cigarette smoke odor cannot be eligible for this guarantee.

We guarantee the prices on our products to be sold at the lowest price available. Within 30 days of your purchase, if you see the same model name displayed in another store with a lower price than what we have sold it to you for, we will match that price and a credit for the difference will be issued.

Mattress Overstock™ will gladly process any warranty claims on products purchased from us. Your product comes with a manufacturers warranty, any defect must fall within the time frame and guidelines of the manufacturers warranty. In the case of a warranty claim, a representative of the manufacturer must determine whether the product has a structural defect and is therefore under warranty. The customer must have an original copy of the receipt to process any warranty claims. The manufacturer does not provide a delivery service, therefore re-delivery for a warranty exchange is additional. Stains of any kind void the warranty of every mattress manufacturer, therefore it is recommended that a mattress protector is used on the mattress at all times. Mattress Overstock™, on many products, will add additional warranty time to the manufacturers warranty. The Mattress Overstock™ portion of the warranty will go in to affect after the manufacturers portion of the warranty has expired.

Any promotions, coupons or special sale discounts do not apply to previously purchased items. All sales are final at the time of purchase.

There are no cancellations or comfort exchanges on special ordered merchandise. Adjustable “Power Base” beds are considered special order merchandise. All deposits on special orders are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Mattress Overstock™ is not responsible for damage to products loaded and or secured by customers. Our personnel will assist customers in loading products and fastening it to the vehicle, but shall not be responsible for the merchandise once it leaves the premises.
